On fathers day I got lovely warm comfy new sheepskin slippers and a fantastic book on Information Design - I feel a break through coming here.
The boys love to play-fight with me on the bed.

We went to Mikes Kitchen (again) to watch the WC2010 match between the Netherlands and Japan. Our boys were not interested as usual, and wanted the toys from the machine (R10!!) also as usual. Neo got a beagle and daniel got a spaniel. That kept them busy for about..ehr.. 10 minutes, as usual.
Holland won ... as usual.
Close up of the reed type plants in our fish pond. Liked the composition. Sharpened and saturated with photoshop.

This is the BMW / Mini dealership at Cresta - I thought it had interesting lines in close-up. Some slight adjustments made in photoshop. What do you think?

On my way to deliver a banner to antLantis this morning I spotted these two monkeys at the traffic lights on Barry Hertzog (Greenside) . Q: What have Karma, (Indian cuisine), got to do with gorillas dressed in gowns with bright orange turbans? No seriously, tell me?
By the way they are advertising a meal valued at R200 for R100 - will investigate as we do love our Chicken Kormas and Lamb Vindaloo.

Public holiday, needed to do something about my study. As wrtiten in previous posts I need to get my home office into a pleasant state. The collage above was taken during the clean up, it consists of ten image which I loosely arranged together to make a whole to show what the room looked like. (and some quick photoshop adjustments)
Bafana Bafana lost 3-0 to Uruguay. I was quite disappointed. However I am still impressed how well they performed compared to previous teams from SA.

Desperate times called for desperate measures. Hands frozen on the tablet / keyboard. Thinking of moving in the gas heater - a big one!
